How do I save from Instagram?

Link your Instagram account in Profile, then send any post or reel to @orbb.app via DM. You can also mention the account in comments.

Are there usage limits?

Yes. Free users can save up to 10 bookmarks per month and get 2 Ask Orbb questions per day. Premium subscribers get unlimited saves and unlimited Ask Orbb questions.

What is Ask Orbb?

Ask Orbb is an AI-powered tool that searches through your saved bookmarks. Just ask a question about something you’ve previously saved and it will find it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Orbb to manage or cancel your subscription.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) and is only accessible to you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

How do I unlink Instagram?

Go to Profile > Settings > Unlink Instagram. You should also remove access through Instagram’s app settings.
