How do I save from Instagram?+

Link your Instagram account in Profile, then send any post or reel to @orbb.app via DM. You can also mention the account in comments.

Are there daily limits?+

Free users can save up to 20 bookmarks per day. Premium subscribers get unlimited saves.

What is Ask Orbb?+

Ask Orbb is an AI-powered tool that searches through your saved bookmarks. Just ask a question about something you've previously saved and it will find it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to iPhone Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Orbb to manage or cancel your subscription.

Is my data secure?+

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) and is only accessible to you.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

How do I unlink Instagram?+

Go to Profile > Settings > Unlink Instagram. You should also remove access through Instagram's app settings.
